Directions for using this form: 

1. Please use one form per type of handrail required. (See handrail profiles available from DFS.) NOTE: If you submit more than one form for product quotes, complete all contact information on the first form, and only "Your Name" and "Email" are required on subsequent forms.
2. Decide which type of handrail is suitable for the type of impact in your area.
3. Determine height required for adequate protection and measure all areas that require handrails and come up with a total linear footage.
4. Each section might require returns and inside or outside corners. Keep this in mind when you’re taking off your material and enter a total number needed.
5. Finally, submit your request and we’ll send back a quote ASAP!

TIP: Print out copies of all the online quote forms or the Adobe Acrobat file versions of the quote forms for each product group to have as work sheets as you preview the various product catalog sections. Then fax those forms to us or come back, complete and submit the electronic versions.
